Founded by Scully and based in Devon, TPG has spent more than ten years quietly delivering some of the most ambitious endurance and adventure events you've never heard of.
Our crew of qualified mechanics, ride leaders and event managers have run challenges across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean — and as far as Bhutan. Many of us are ex-military, all of us are obsessive about the details, and every one of us understands that an event is only as good as the moment something goes wrong and what happens next.

Dawn Scullion
With 30 years of experience in business development and recruitment, I've built my career on connecting people, creating opportunities, and making things happen.
In 2026 I started a new chapter bringing my energy and expertise to help TPG Events.
My role is to ensure every event runs smoothly from planning through to delivery. Whether it's managing logistics, coordinating details, or problem-solving on the go, I thrive on bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.
I believe every event should have a spark of magic. I bring my own sense of fun to everything I do, sprinkling a little glitter along the way and making sure that clients and participants alike leave with a smile.
After three decades of building relationships and understanding what makes businesses tick, I'm excited to channel that experience into helping create events that truly connect and inspire.
